  • kyla ebbert and southwest airlines

Last month, Iran, the police cracked down on women wearing clothing and men with Western hairstyles revealing. This type of fashion police is not in America - right?

Well, it depends on where you are. If you are a woman and have a preference for tight costumes and fly Southwest Airlines, it is possible that you will be targeted by a flight attendant doubling as a dress code cop. It certainly came 23 years in San Diego co-ed, who boarded a flight to Southwest Tucson, Arizona. Kyla Ebbert was confronted with a male flight attendant concerned about his "revealing dress."

If I had been on the flight that I would have been more concerned about possible explosive devices and shifty eyes fliers with looking bulky jackets. A pretty young woman wearing a chic costume would be a rank last on my list of concerns. Dress code issues had not yet entered into it. How are approximately 20 co-eds supposed to dress in the summer?

    Airlines searcher:

Mrs. Ebbert was in a one-day round trip and a doctor had appointments scheduled. She had no extra baggage with a change of clothes. Nevertheless, the men flight attendant who asked him to leave his seat for the examination of Habit ", had the gall to suggest she go to a gift shop to buy clothes before boarding a later flight .

Mrs. Ebbert was understandably mortified that she had been targeted in this high-handed with other pamphlets on the research, even though the habit review was conducted in a bridge leading to the terminal. Embarrassed by the flight of the unwelcome attentions, it has offered to pull his upper pull on her breasts and pull down her skirt as far as possible. A compromise was finally agreed.

Southwest is an airline which is aimed at customers who want to save money, including many students. This episode occurred at a time of year when a large number of co-eds opt for casual clothing. There was nothing about Mrs. Ebbert of disguise that could be deemed offensive, except perhaps really to protect from people who do not get out much. The flight was clearly making an arbitrary decision based on the prejudices of his staff.

Its decision to ask Mrs. Ebbert to "adjust" her clothes were not part of any dress code clearly defined policy on the part of Southwest. It was not possible, because on the return flight, rather than receive the same treatment, Ms. Ebbert was actually complimented on its equipment by another attendant.

Kyla Ebbert expect an apology Southwest is not coming. It is now considering a trial.

This is a pretty old story, but still worth the telling. The incredible part is that it was a MAN (in theory) that threw her off. What an embarrassment to men everywhere. And her clothing wasn't anything suggestive, she looked good. Nothin you wouldn't see someone in at the mall.

She's since done a spread for Playboy, for those interested.
